After my beautiful new car was rear ended I came to Precision Collision. Heidi was so kind and helpful with working with the insurance company. She was communicative about what was happening with the car and stayed on top of the insurance company. I have a matte paint with a bit of a sparkle on my car. Precision was not happy with the original paint result after repair, so they called the paint experts back and it ended up looking perfect! The match was amazing! I highly recommend this business. I never hesitate to tell someone about the amazing customer service and restoration teams. Thank you!

They really stand behind their work. Almost two years after they fixed my van, I took it through a bad car wash and it sprang a leak in the trunk. I called Precision Collision & Restoration and they fixed it, no questions asked, even though in all likelihood it wasn't their fault. I was floored by how helpful Heidi is in a world where it increasingly seems like most people only do the bare minimum.

After my car was ass ended she was was sent to Precision Collison in Winter Park. I could not have been happier with not only the work that was done. And how fast they handled everything. But the customer service by Heidi and her crew was above and beyond. Heidi and Mikey treated me so great. And I know from now on where my car will always go when it needs body work. I’m incredibly grateful for the people that work here. I fell victim to a predatory body shop that was charging egregious prices for their work. I’m talking, trying to charge $600 for taking photos of damages and uploading them to Google drive and $800 for an estimate fee. When those people tried to take advantage of me, I yanked my car out of there and had it transferred here. Heidi, Amanda, and their techs saved my car. The damages to the vehicle were from front bumper to back bumper, with major damage to fender and with their work, no one would ever know I was in an accident. They work with insurance adjusters, not against them which made it a painless process. They also work with Holler Honda for tires and alignment. My car truly feels brand new again thanks to this shop.

Perfect! Heidi and Amanda were very professional and kind, handling everything efficiently and quickly. The repairs on my cars bumper, fender and panel were completed in just a few days so I did not need a rental car! When I picked up the car, it has been washed and vacuumed and looks brand new.
