I have been using Precision Auto Repair for 15 years. I have never been disappointed. I bought a Volvo for my son . He needed to have some damage repaired. I asked Volvo who they recommended and they said , we use Precision Auto. I take my Audi there for any damage repairs. I’m never disappointed. My repairs have been small, but my husband had to repair the back of his SUV. Always satisfied. Heidi and the rest of the staff are very professional.

My mom and I bought my car to be looked at by Precision Collision & Restoration in Winter Park. The representative Heidi told us that the car will be totaled by insurance because of the damage to the vehicle frame. When I brought my car in the first thing I noticed was that it’s the cleanest, nicest body shop I’ve ever been in. They were professional and courteous and always helpful. Heidi kept updated on major changes and the two insurance company delays (big surprise). The work was great, and the paint match is perfect. I appreciate everyone there.

Could NOT be more happier with my repair on my 2026 Hyundai Tuscon! Precision collision honestly delivered the most efficient, friendly, and communicative customer service all while making sure my car was well taken care of. I’ve unfortunately had to deal with 2 other collision centers in the area before this and was wary about having to go through this process again. Amanda made me feel comfortable when I was dropping my car off that I was leaving it in good hands and assured me they would get everything taken care of. Her and her team really pulled through and made the experience seamless and a breeze. I hope to not have to deal with a crashed car again for a good while but if I do I will definitely be returning here and recommending to my friends.
