Heidi and Amanda provided great service and sure my questions were answered and were quick to pick up the phone or send me an email to keep me updated on the status of my car and the claim. Even though my vehicle was deemed a total loss, this dedication to service never wavered. Heidi even went above and beyond by helping me clear out my vehicle and chatting with me about what to look for in my next car. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work and they will be my first call if I ever need it in the future. Thank you guys so much!!

I am SO HAPPY I chose to work with Precision Collision!! They made it an extremely good experience for me. They are honest, well organized, do great work and offer great prices. I researched 12 different auto body shops and visited 3 in person to get quotes before deciding to go forward with them. It can be so stressful to find an auto body shop that you trust enough to leave your car there and that they aren’t going to play games with you later on. And on top of that, that it’s actually going to be a good job and you’ll be happy with the work. Precision Collision exceeded my expectations! Right from the first conversation I had with Heidi I knew I was dealing with a professional. They have so many manufacturer certifications they are beyond competent. Amanda runs the office very well, is a delight to work with and very straight forward. She made the whole experience a straight shot and my car was done on time. They even provide you with a checklist before drop off to help you prepare! I never had another shop be so organized. Even more impressive, during my first appointment, I got to meet and speak with the technicians that were going to do the work. With most other places, all of the technicians are behind a wall and you never really get to see who’s working on your car. Chip was kind enough to take the time right then to make sure the new headlight bulbs I ordered were going to fit in my new headlamps. All three gentlemen, Chip, Mikey and Kenny, were easy to talk to, knew what they were talking about, took the time to explain things to me, paid attention to detail and do great work. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. My front bumper came out beautifully! I love my new headlamps and headlights and they’re aligned perfectly. The bumps that were removed also came out great. They have my RDX looking brand new! Beyond this, their quote was hundreds less. They are head and shoulders above the competition- frankly I don’t think they have any competition. I will be happy to refer them to friends, family and neighbors. From start to finish they did an amazing job. One call to my insurance they did the rest. They did amazing work and did it in a good time. My car was detailed before they gave it back to me. Heidi was amazing an always responded to my texts and calls. Wonderful place and will go there again if I need to.

After my beautiful new car was rear ended I came to Precision Collision. Heidi was so kind and helpful with working with the insurance company. She was communicative about what was happening with the car and stayed on top of the insurance company. I have a matte paint with a bit of a sparkle on my car. Precision was not happy with the original paint result after repair, so they called the paint experts back and it ended up looking perfect! The match was amazing! I highly recommend this business. I never hesitate to tell someone about the amazing customer service and restoration teams. Thank you!

They really stand behind their work. Almost two years after they fixed my van, I took it through a bad car wash and it sprang a leak in the trunk. I called Precision Collision & Restoration and they fixed it, no questions asked, even though in all likelihood it wasn't their fault. I was floored by how helpful Heidi is in a world where it increasingly seems like most people only do the bare minimum.

After my car was ass ended she was was sent to Precision Collison in Winter Park. I could not have been happier with not only the work that was done. And how fast they handled everything. But the customer service by Heidi and her crew was above and beyond. Heidi and Mikey treated me so great. And I know from now on where my car will always go when it needs body work.
