Heide in the office, deserves a 5 star rating just for her professional and courteous service alone. Smart lady that knows what to do for the customer. She's gone above and beyond helping me get through my truck wreck situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PC& R to anyone.

This is my first time leaving a review for a body shop because I’ve never actually had a good experience at one, but this place is wonderful, very professional & very reasonable! They came highly recommended by my mechanic and I can see why! I’d feel comfortable enough sending my grandma here. My truck was in a smash n dash.. Went to a community page asking fir a repair shop & was recommended to visit Precision Collision. It was the very 1st shop on the list to get an estimate. Heidi greeted me and within minutes I knew THIS WOULD be the shop to take care of the job. Without any insurance knowledge she took it upon herself to call my claim in and handle ALL the details for me all the way down to a loaner car. Heidi kept me up to date on the progress and I was completely impressed by my rejuvenated truck. The repairs made my truck look brand new again. Would highly recommend this shop!! A+
